About Leigh Anne Varney

Since 1985, Leigh Anne Varney has worked in high technology public relations, working both agency-side as well as in-house for Oracle Corporation. She also has worked as a journalist for more than eight years and is the author of two works of fiction and a member of Squaw Valley Community of Writers (and working on a third, set in Silicon Valley). Varney is a skilled communicator, able to converse with a range of both trade and business press, from print to broadcast to online. She can offer solid technical as well as business and consumer expertise spanning a range of high technology subject matters.

Varney has been a part of communications teams which have won the PRSA Silver Anvil Award, plus product and industry awards from Business Marketing, PC Magazine, Infoworld, and other industry publications.
